Featured Event: A highlight of the event is a special evening at STAIR in Hudson sponsored by Colin and Holly Stair. Participants will experience an exclusive preview of two upcoming auctions: A Distinguished New York Collection, 740 Park Avenue, Designed by Parish-Hadley; and The Fine Sale, and enjoy celebratory bites and refreshments, creating space for mixing, connecting, discovering.
Home base for the Retreat: Midwood, a historic home nestled among 75 acres of private land with one of the most iconic views of the Hudson River. The Midwood property was part of the original land grant given to Robert Livingston the Elder by King George I of Great Britain in 1686, and it remained in the Livingston family until the 1980s. Since then, Midwood has functioned as both a family home and a gathering place for notable events, bringing together luminaries from far and wide. The property is part of the Federal Hudson River Historic District, and Midwood’s land, main house and carriage barn are about as historic as a property can be in the Hudson Valley.

Transportation
For those not driving, we recommend taking Amtrak to the Rhinecliff Station (about 30 minutes south of Midwood). We strongly encourage early booking as tickets sell out early on Fall weekends. Options for transportation from Amtrak to Midwood can be found here.
